The consulting firm ATESSIA Life Science Advisors is launching a support service for regulatory affairs in the medical device industry

Géraldine BAUDOT-VISSER

Established in 2017 and with five years of experience supporting the healthcare industry, the regulatory affairs consulting firm ATESSIA Life Science Advisors is taking on a new challenge: to conquer the medical device sector.

A 360° support for industry professionals

With the implementation of European regulations 2017/745 and 2017/746, as well as the publication of the medical sales charter, this sector must now face many challenges. From a regulatory standpoint, manufacturers must adapt by integrating these new requirements into their strategy. This involves the emergence of new needs, such as new skills and resources that they may not always have at their disposal.

That's why ATESSIA Life Science Advisors, a regulatory and pharmaceutical affairs consulting firm, is creating a solution that covers all the needs of medical device manufacturers and distributors. As Géraldine BAUDOT-VISSER, founder and president of ATESSIA Life Science Advisors explains, "Being aware of the constant regulatory changes in the Medtech and e-health fields, and their permeability with drugs, I wanted to offer our clients a 360° support through a multidisciplinary offer that combines medicinal products and medical devices, from their conception to their launch on the European market.

An enriched team to take on this new challenge.

ATESSIA Life Science Advisors is delighted to welcome Camille NEERMUL, Senior Consultant in Quality and Regulatory Affairs for medical devices, to enrich its team of 25 expert consultants. Throughout her career, Camille NEERMUL has acquired solid experience in quality management (QMS, audits) as well as in regulatory affairs (R&D, development strategy, design dossier, technical files, CE marking and certification). She supports device manufacturers and distributors in the management of their projects, from design to the marketing of medical devices.

Camille NEERMUL expresses her enthusiasm about taking on this new challenge: "The medical device sector has been carrying incredible innovations in recent years, such as the artificial heart or the use of artificial intelligence in diabetes. After these years of working with a wide range of clients, I am pleased to create the business unit dedicated to medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices at ATESSIA Life Science Advisors."

Specialized in the e-health sector, Zarine RAMJAUNY, a legal consultant, has recently joined ATESSIA Life Science Advisors. Trained as a lawyer, Zarine RAMJAUNY offers support on all matters related to digital health, artificial intelligence, and data protection, which are closely related to digital medical devices.

The entire team at ATESSIA Life Science Advisors also offers their expert validation services for your advertising, institutional, and environmental materials for medical devices, as well as support with the requirements of the framework governing benefits and transparency links for manufacturers and distributors of medical devices.

What are our areas of expertise?

Staying true to its original customer-centric approach, ATESSIA Life Science Advisors consulting firm now offers a comprehensive range of services covering all aspects of medicinal products and medical device development. This adventure is based on the human qualities of its expert consultants to accompany its clients towards the success of their projects.

By cultivating mutual trust, ATESSIA Life Science Advisors and its clients work hand in hand to meet tomorrow's challenges in the service of patients. For greater flexibility, clients can choose the volume of consulting hours they need for the year, for a customized subscription that can be consumed at their own pace to solicit the 25 expert consultants of ATESSIA Life Science Advisors at their disposal.

In this vein, 2023 will be a year of development for ATESSIA Life Science Advisors, marked by new announcements.
