Immudex Releases dCode Dextramer Reagants

The dCODE Dextramer technology is a highly sensitive tool for the direct identification of disease-specific T cells based on TCR recognition and DNA barcode labels.


 Immudex ApS has been working with BD (Becton, Dickinson, and Company) to develop better T-cell multi-omics testing solutions. This collaboration aimed to create dCODE Dextramer reagents consistent with the BD Rhapsody Single Cell Analysis method. This framework analyzes the expression of hundreds of genes across tens of thousands of single cells in parallel.


The business recently announced the launch of dCODE Dextramer (RiO) reagents. These DNA barcoded MHC Dextramer reagents are designed to be compatible with the BD Rhapsody method to be used for multiplexing, enabling the detection of several different T-cell specificities in the same sample. Creating personalized dCODE Dextramer libraries makes it possible to profile T cells and develop a new understanding of T-cell immunity.

Such information helps unlock new insights into the immune response, accelerating basic research, immunotherapeutic development, and improving patient outcomes”.


The dCODE Dextramer technology is a highly sensitive tool for the direct identification of disease-specific T cells based on TCR recognition and DNA barcode labels. Integrating dCODE technology with BDs multi-omics immunology solutions, researchers can achieve complete immunological profiling in a single workflow and get the most out of their experiments. DCODE Dextramer (RiO) reagents are intended for testing purposes only, not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures, and have been developed by Immudex ApS.
